Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
While we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, occasional delays may occur due to material shortages or high order volume. In rare cases, this may result in a delay of 3–5 business days. We do our best to notify customers if a delay is expected, though some issues may not be identified until after the order is placed.
International Shipping Policy

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
