Memphis Shades Return Policy

Before sending an item back, please email sales@memphisshades.com to notify us of your return. Your order number will serve as your Return Authorization (RA) number.

Items returned without prior notification or an RA number listed may not be processed and could be sent back to the customer.

All returned items must:

• Be in like-new condition
• Include original packaging
• Be returned within 21 days of the original shipping date

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item qualifies as a warranty or shipping error.
